Here you will begin your treatment with a 30 minute Reiki, followed next with a 50 minute massage.

In our rushed world where multitasking is pushed, time is a valuable commodity. If you find it hard to carve out an hour or more for a massage, a shorter one is a great option. You will get relief from your stress and pain and get back to the commitments of your life again
A 50 minute massage provides you with more options. You can get an overall full body massage that will leave your whole body feeling good. You can also have more time spent on one or more areas and still have time for a full massage. As always, each massage is based on what you are looking for. Not looking for your head and face massaged? No problem!
A 75 minute massage gives you many options. You can get a complete massage with more time spent on each area or receive additional focused work on one area and still have time for a thorough full massage. Once a troublesome area is taken care of, it makes the rest of the massage more effective, relaxing, and enjoyable.
The 100 minute massage is the ultimate relaxation. Need I say more... everything all rolled into one without feeling rushed.
You choose the aroma you prefer for your scrub. A full body sugar scrub includes the arms, legs and back. Massaging the head and face are included in the appointment but do not receive the sugar treatment.
If you are interested in an additional treatment on your body, I offer the following options for you to consider. All Add Ons can be incorporated into any massage time slot whether it be a 30 minute, 90 minute or any time in-between.
A foot mask is applied to both feet, then wrapped in towels and placed into a heated foot wrap. This not only relaxes one of the most used parts of the body but softens the skin.
At the end of your massage I will apply the sugar scrub and massage your back to exfoliate your skin as well as bring blood flow to the surface.

Imagine laying in the dark, soft music playing receiving a soothing massage with a mud mask treatment. Ahhhh what a great option if you don't want a full facial or a full body mud wrap.
